- Booking a Weekend (Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday) or Midweek (Monday to Friday) is only possible in the periods where prices are mentioned.

Additional obligatory charges
- Pets (only admitted by mutual agreement): € 35,00 per pet per reservation

Checkin between 15.00 – 18.00 pm / Checkout 10.00 am
- On the day of your arrival your apartment will be clean and at your disposal from 15.00 pm
- On the day of your departure we request you to have left the apartment not later than 10.00 am
Travel Conditions Anjahoeve
- On Cancellation we conform to the cancellation policy of Texel Tourist Information (VVV Texel). These can be consulted at the website of the Texel Touristinformation.
Cancelation by the traveller
ARTICLE 11
If a travel agreement is cancelled, each traveller is – apart from possible reservation costs owing – answerable for cancellation costs.
In the case of offers per accommodation unit:
- on cancellation up until 42 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the tour cost;
- on cancellation as from (and including) the 42nd day up until the 28th day before the day of arrival: 60% of the tour cost;
- on cancellation as from (and including) the 28th day up until the day of arrival: 90% of the tour cost;
- on cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the total tour cost.
The cancellation costs indicated in this article shall not exceed the fare/tour cost. If you wish to cancel, this can be done by telephone or e-mail.
The cancellation date is the day on which you inform us of the cancellation by e-mail or telephone.
